All ceramic works, clay bars and candles are handmade by Ria, Cleo and Venus Ganis in either our Melbourne or Brisbane studios.

As all our works are repeated designs, no piece is exactly the same which is the nature and process of creating a piece from the ‘artists’ proof’.  Every work is original and contains its own individuality and character showing irregularities and quirks that is the beauty and nature of pieces made by the human hand.  However, all pieces are examined and assessed and no piece is sold that is considered a second or with major pattern or ceramic flaw.

All works and postage are listed in Australian Dollars.

Free Shipping for orders A$200 and above shipped to an Australian address.  Shipping Australia-wide and to select international locations.

We will aim to pack and ship all orders within 3 to 4 business days of when order is placed.  Please allow this processing/dispatching time on top of the postage duration if you are interstate (from Queensland or Victoria), rural, or overseas.

Our shipping method will be through Australia Post Registered Mail, Pack & Track or Express Post (> 2kg).  The transit duration will be between 3-10 business days to metropolitan areas of major cities.  The shipping cost shown in your cart is calculated by quantity of items rather than parcel weight.

Registered Post service will require a signature, so please make sure there will be someone to sign for the parcel arrival.  Australia Post will leave a card in your mailbox for the parcel to be collected from your local post office.

Please note Australia Post only deliver from Monday to Friday.  Express Post service does not require a signature, which means your parcel will be left at your address if you are not present.

Postage rates within Australia are $9 and $1 per extra item after that.  Internationally the cost will be $15 per item and $2 per item after that.  For the larger pieces for international shipping, the cost of the first item increases to $20 for the first item and $7 as an extra due to the weight of these items and the distance it travels from Australia.

As all our products are fragile, we will endeavour to pack them as safely as we can with bubble wrap and additional padding to ensure the safest arrival.  We try to use recycled materials where possible to be kind to our earth.

We send all orders by register post so a signature will be required upon arrival to the final address.

The international orders will be registered, however, they are not able to be tracked once it leaves our postoffice and we will have no responsibility for it.  Extra insurance is recommended for tracking and if you would like, please send us an email so we will be able to arrange a further payment from you.

Payments are made via PAYPAL.  This has facilities to pay with all major credit cards.
